This past Saturday night at the MGM Grand, Las Vegas, and for the millions watching on HBO/PPV, we were treated to a terrific fight between the two best welterweights in boxing today – Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito.

MARGARITO STOPS COTTO IN THE 11th ROUND OF A CLASSIC !

WHAT A FIGHT ! Miguel Cotto outboxed a plodding Antonio Margarito early but Margarito got stronger as the fight wore on and finally battered Cotto into submission at 2:05 of round eleven. This was a classic that lived up to and even surpassed expectations.

Kendall Holt won a one-round war with Ricardo Torres last week. It was a clear case of fans getting more action in less than three minutes than they do in some 12-round fights.
