The boxing Gods have not been kind to our sport this month. Losing Alexis Arguello, Arturo Gatti and now Vernon Forrest in a three week period is really tough for a sport that hasn’t got many big names, either as fighters or good will representatives left. Then there were others, some younger, some older who answered their final bell. May God have mercy on their souls.
