ESPN featured on Friday night, Cuban prospects night and HBO on Saturday night featured Cuban Yuriokis Gamboa defending his WBA featherweight against Jorge Solis Clip studio paint ex download. It could be said that of all of the Cuban fighters fighting today, Gamboa may be the best.

In the opening bout, upcoming star Miguel Angel Garcia fought Matt Remillard in a battle between undefeated fighters 다운로드. A couple of interesting and probably very exciting fights upcoming this weekend (March 12).

First in Las Vegas, where the crowd pleasing Ricardo Mayorga takes on always tough contender Miguel Cotto, to be seen on Showtime PPV, for the WBA super middleweight title 다운로드.

Cotto, 30, is a solid fighter who cuts, and at times shows a china chin, has only lost two of his 37 bouts to Antonio Margarito and Manny Pacquiao Autoset download. A good tandem to lose to, if a loss is in the cards.

I have assembled personal choices in boxing for THE BEST OF 2010 in the major categories, and they are:

FIGHTER OF THE YEAR: Sergio Martinez

On April 17, Sergio scored an impressive upset victory over Kelly Pavlik to win the WBC / WBO Middleweight Championship labview 2019. Then on November 20, he avenged a previous loss to Paul Williams with a spectacular second round knockout to retain his middleweight belts.

FIGHT OF THE YEAR: Humberto Soto vs 다운로드. Urbano Antillon (Dec 14)

Let me assure everyone that I had nothing to do with the voting for Sylvester Stallone, as I don’t vote for anyone in the expanded category. Maybe the IBHOF feels that I’m not qualified to vote in the expanded category, fair enough. It matters not. Let’s take a close look at the upcoming (Nov. 27) fights, which should offer boxing fans some outstanding entertainment.

First a couple of important bouts at super-middleweight jquery 멀티파일. In Oakland, Cal. on ShowTime TV, American Olympic medalist Andre Ward takes on tough Aussie Sakio Bika, for the WBA crown.

Don’t let Bika’s record fool you, his four losses have come at the hands of some outstanding fighters, like Joe Calzaghe and Lucien Bute 다운로드. Most of his 28 wins came mainly in Australia, and since 19 came by way of the KO route, you know he can punch. He was disqualified in his last fight, a loss to John Paul Mendy 다운로드.

Ward 22-0 (13), is a native of the Bay Area and if this bout comes down to a decision he’d get a decided edge.

He has a slight reach advantage, Ward also shows a two inch reach edge, which could make the difference in this fight 오토리 다운로드. Ward has a good jab and isn’t shy about using it.

If he keeps Bika off he should be able to take a decision, but it’s not quite that easy. Bika always comes to fight 스캐너 다운로드.

A tough fight to pick, it’s either Bika via a TKO or Ward by decision. I’ll take the hometown hero, Andre Ward by decision.

Next we look at another ShowTime super middleweight clash between Arthur Abraham and Carl Froch, this event to be held in Finland 다운로드.

Froch, 26-1 (20), from the U.K. is three inches taller and has a 2 ½” reach advantage.

Abraham, 30, is from Armenia and sports a record of 31-1 (25) 다운로드. What I’d worry about more than the height and reach disadvantage, is that Abrahams only loss came against Andre Dirrell back in March.

Okay Froch also last his last bout, in February, against Mikkel Kessler, in Kessler’s Scandinavian home relics.

A couple of fights of limited interest on the calendar for this weekend, so I figured I’d take advantage of all the excitement 다운로드. And believe me, for the caliber of fights and fighters out there, this may be excitement.

On October 15, in Montreal, we have an IBF super middleweight title contest between unbeaten home-town favorite Lucien Bute and challenger Jesse Brinkley 삼성 사진 다운로드.

It’s an interesting match, and should provide some excitement. Brinkley is a young man from my neck of the woods, Northern Nevada. He sports a record of 35-5 스타 빨무 맵 다운로드.

Bute, 26-0 (21) is a fast southpaw who’s major fight to date shows a win over a tough Edison Miranda.

Neither fighter seems to have one-punch knockout power, but show they can certainly wear their opponents down 다운로드.

Bute stands 6’2” while Brinkley is 5’`10”. The reach advantage also goes to Bute.

This should be a pretty exciting fight, and I give the edge to Bute, for two reasons, his height advantage, and the fact that he’s a southpaw 다운로드.

The other fight of note takes place in Hamburg, Germany the next day for the WBC heavyweight crown between 39 year old champion Vitali Klitschko and 38 year old challenger Shannon Briggs 영화 크리스마스 캐롤 다운로드.

It’s not a fight I would pay to watch. Frankly I don’t know if there would be any contest between the heavys that I’d spend my money on.
