This weeks key match takes place at Yankee Stadium in New York City, where Miguel Angel Cotto 34-2 (27), takes on undefeated Yuri Foreman.
For Foreman, 29, it will be a huge step-up in competition while Cotto, who hails from Puerto Rico, is also 29, has been only stopped twice and has faced much stiffer foes.
Foreman, 28-0, a native of Belarus, now living in Brooklyn, N.Y., has another problem, in that he only has a few recorded knockouts, and Cotto’s only vulnerability seems to be his chin.
Cotto has a secondary problem, as he gives up four inches in height and five inches in reach.
Tough fight to pick, as boxer (Foreman) vs. puncher (Cotto) usually are.
As a pick is needed, I’ll stick with the heavier punching Cotto by late TKO.

Prayers for the return to health of Casey Guerrero, wife of popular boxer, Robert. “The Ghost’s” wife is having a recurring bout with leukemia.
Please pray for my Aussie mates and Glove2Glove member John MacDougall, who had to deal with health problems for his wife of many years, Gwen to a nursing home. Both need your prayers for recovery and inner strength.
