About a year ago I was passing y Duke’s Gym. I saw Jimmy working out the oner of O’Malleys an long time family friend. Truth be told Jimmy’s used to babysit me in he 60’s. As I visit Mr. Martinez and I chat old friend and Westside Boys club fans of Earl Pointer. But it was Mr. Calles who knocked my socks off. I have known his mom an dad for years. I was always saying Mr. Calles good looks belonged on the bg screen of Hollywood.
So I watch as this young man is performing a boxing lesson and his love of boxing and teaching should through and I was throughly impressed by his professionalism. 4 Star teacher and lover of boxing. Way to go Henry Calles.
