FIGHTER OF THE YEAR:

KNOCKOUT OF THE YEAR:
Juan Manuel Lopez vs. Daniel Ponce De Leon (June 7) WBO Super Bantamweight Championship, Lopez wins by knockout in first round.

FIGHTER COMEBACK OF THE YEAR:
Vitali Klitschko vs. Samuel Peter (October 11) WBC Heavyweight Championship, after being retired for almost four years Klitschko wins title by knockout in round nine.

FIGHTER PERFORMANCE OF THE YEAR:
Bernard Hopkins vs. Kelly Pavlik (Oct 18), at age 43 Hopkins wins EVERY round against the previously unbeaten 26 year old WBC/WBO Middleweight Champion.

FIGHT FANS DREAM FIGHT:
Antonio Margarito vs. Miguel Cotto (July 26), WBA Welterweight Championship, Margarito comes from behind on scorecards to “KO” Cotto in round eleven.
