My name is Penny Ken Teran, Keeny Teran’s daughter. I was hoping to get a copy of my Dad’s Certificate since I am his only living daughter. My Father’s family have robbed me of everything of my Dad’s. Since my Uncle Manuel passed I have no way of getting it. I originally went to The Spaghetti Factory to get my Father into The Boxer Hall Of Fame & it happened but I was robbed of my Fathers Certificate by his brother Manuel who is now passed on.
